You can still hear the faint echo of the concert given by World Orchestra at Galery69 on the Wulpińskie Lake on August 7, 2015. Grzech Piotrowski and World Orchestra performed ‘The Ascent of Beauty’ concert in scorching heat on a day dazzling with sun reflections on blue wavelets. We built the stage that emerged from the waves like a mythical creature, albeit with a rather modern twist as it managed to support the artists on its back and to churn the waters of the lake. And there they were: Terie Isungse and Robert Luty and they made it alive.
Four glorious voices entwining with the notes of Grzech’s sax, Andreas Haug’s tube, Mateusz Szemraj’s guitar and Sebastian Karpiel Bułecka’s violin. Ruth Wilhelmine’s singing left the audience awed- you could hear everything in her voice: the entire history of the universe. Ghostman sang his soul aloud and Sadia had the audience enthralled. The guests went wild and there were so many of them we bustled around like crazy and they ate and drank and rejoiced and fed their bodies and souls for hours. Hopefully they will all come again.
